Systems & Artifacts

The systems I built to run a national artist program.

In a familiar set of systems, what’s worth reading is what one particular model asked of each. The program represents artists with disabilities — a deliberate choice, and one that set the terms every system had to meet.

Why these are here

These aren’t portfolio pieces. They’re the standards, gates, and definitions the programs were built on — kept here so the systems thinking stays legible without reading a case study end to end.

Every artifact here is a sanitized recreation of a system I built and owned — client and contributor details removed.
